The `Ikena Kai Suite is part of the Pali Ke Kua condominium development. The atmosphere at Pali Ke Kua is very quiet and peaceful. Pali Ke Kua consists of 98 condominiums on several acres of lushly landscaped grounds. The condominiums are grouped into 12 different buildings, each with two floors. The buildings are designed in a relaxing Polynesian plantation style. The entire complex was re-built from the ground up after being destroyed by Hurricane Iniki in 1992. The buildings are therefore about six years old and have been very well maintained. Most units are grouped into buildings that have 12 units each. `Ikena Kai is one of the only suites in a building that has only three other units in it.

Also on site is an administration building, with a front desk to provide services during your stay. There is a pool and Jacuzzi. The Winds of Beamreach restaurant is also located on site.

Pali Ke Kua is bordered to the east by Emmalani Court, and to the west by Pu’u Poa condominiums.

Pali Ke Kua is located in the prestigious Princeville Resort. Princeville is a quiet resort community that is also home to the well-known 18-hole Prince and 27-hole Makai golf courses and the 5-star Princeville Hotel. The resort offers shopping, fine dining, gorgeous sunsets, and spectacular views of Hanalei Bay and the Bali Hai Mountain, made famous in the movie, "South Pacific."
