SEASONS

Take a 5% discount for any reservation made more than 9 months before date of arrival. To qualify, the rent must be paid in full 6 months before date of arrival. It is acceptable to take the “Early Payment Discount” and the “Early Booking Discount” for a total discount of 10%. If either discount is taken, the rent becomes non-refundable. If the discount is not taken, then standard cancellation, change, and refund policies apply. This discount is only available for payments by certified check or money order.

LAST MINUTE BOOKING DISCOUNT

Take a 25% discount if the unit is booked less than 7 days before arrival. This discount is only available for payments by certified check or money order.

Take a 5% discount if you pay in full at time of booking. To qualify, reservation must be made more than 9 months before date of arrival and payment in full must be received no later than 14 days after date of reservation. It is acceptable to take the “Early Payment Discount” and the “Early Booking Discount” for a total discount of 10%. If either discount is taken, the rent becomes non-refundable. If the discount is not taken, then standard cancellation, change, and refund policies apply. Tax: Hawaii State Sales Tax of 11.42% will be added to the rent.
